What can I borrow ?
A wide selection of toys, games, puzzles and costumes are available.
Our collection includes in excess of 1000 items designed to promote active play, sensory exploration, memory and teaching skills, in a fun and enjoyable environment.
Toys are able to be borrowed for a maximum of 1 month.
How do I join ?
Joining is easy with membership open to parents, grandparents or not-for-profit caregivers of children 0-10 years old.
It is best to attend the Toy Library during our opening hours so we can personally take you through how borrowing works and how to get the most out of your membership.
What happens if I loose a piece ?
We understand that loss and damage can happen – so please don’t worry if you can’t find all the ‘bits’ to the toy you borrowed. It is likely that the missing bits will appear in a few weeks (from under the couch) and can bring it in then! Just let us know when you return your toys if something is missing or broken and we will charge you $1. When you find the missing bit we will refund you.
How do I Volunteer ?
Our service is operated entirely by the generous contribution of our Volunteers and an extra set of hands is always welcomed!
If you would like to, or you know someone who would like to volunteer with the Toy Library, please contact our Librarian via the Contact Form below to express your interest.
